Ordering
To order, please fill out and submit the
form below. Be sure your email address is correct. We will email you a rental
agreement to sign. The rental fee plus shipping charges are due in advance.
You may pay by check (U.S. funds), credit card, or bank wire; we will arrange for that when we send the
rental agreement (do not provide your credit card information now).
You are responsible for shipping charges to and from California. One-way
shipping charges are typically $12 to $25 in the United States, $25 to $50 to
Canada, and $45 to $80 to Europe, depending on the opera; we do not charge any
handling fees. We normally use USPS Priority Mail (air mail), which is
inexpensive and quick. Please let us know if you would like the materials
shipped another way.
The normal rental period is from six weeks
prior to your opening performance to two weeks
after your last performance. There is a fee
for items returned late. If you require extra
time prior to opening, let us
know—we can probably accomodate you.
Please order as far in advance as possible so we can be sure to have
materials on hand. You need not pay the rental fee until close to the shipping
date.
We supply the orchestra parts and a conductor's score, but no voice,
chorus, or continuo parts.
Be sure to specify the number of string parts you need. The standard
quantities are 4 Violin I, 4 Violin II, 3 Viola, 2 Cello, and 2 Bass.
Additional string parts are $15 each. If you require fewer than standard, it
may reduce your shipping charges.
